Day 1 :

Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

Our company Driver Guide will pick you up from the airport or at your Hotel in Nairobi for a scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a stopover at the spectacular Great Rift Valley viewpoint to stretch your legs and photograph the contrasting landscapes including Mount Longonot. You will arrive at the park in good time for lunch, Check into your lodge, and thereafter lunch, depart for an afternoon game drive in this gorgeous park Returning to your lodge at sunset for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru is among Kenya's finest national parks. The park is gorgeous all year round and boasts rocky escarpments, patches of yellow-barked acacia forest, and a waterfall. It is home to flamingos, both black and white rhinos; lions, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, and the endangered Rothschild's giraffe. The forested area below the Rhinos cliff is a favorite lion-spotting point where lionesses love to sleep in the trees, and leopards frequent the same area.

Lake Nakuru to Nairobi via Lake Naivasha and Hellsgate

Start your day with an early morning game drive, then head back to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast before driving to Lake Naivasha. A freshwater lake in Kenya, just northwest of Nairobi, is known for its large population of hippos, giraffes, wildebeest, and over 400 bird species in the surrounding forest, making it a great place for birders

Upon arrival, you will take an Optional boat ride. The boat ride will give you a chance to see the diverse bird life and wildlife around the lake. Then, enjoy a short nature walk on Crescent Island (Optional), where the animals are less wary of human beings, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty and take selfies with the wild animals at close range. After this, have lunch and, if time allows, visit the nearby Hell's Gate National Park (Optional) for cycling and rock climbing while watching the animals graze. Finally, leave the park and return to Nairobi late in the evening, you can be dropped off at the airport or your hotel in Nairobi.
